Thank you for shopping at Loungetail. We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your delivery is processed.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, weather, or unexpected carrier issues.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

(Optional Note: We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our hands, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Loungetail is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your package upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, local taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages

Loungetail is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your package damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We highly recommend saving all packaging materials and the damaged goods before initiating your claim.
